I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington state, primarily working with individuals looking for help with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, LGBTQ+ concerns, trauma processing, and life transitions.

My main goal is for you to feel genuinely accepted and supported as you work on goals that we create together. This client-centric approach allows me to ensure our sessions are tailored to your individual needs, as you work towards achieving the changes that you want to see in your life.
